A fix for the issue has been developed and will be deployed on Thursday, April 17th. This fix is expected to fully resolve the issue where multiple email notifications are sent for the same advisory.

Investigating

A known issue is occurring where a subset of customers are intermittently receiving multiple email notifications when an advisory is published on the RSA Community. RSA is actively working to identify the root cause of this issue in order to resolve it as quickly as possible.
