Update

The RSA Registration Portal (enroll.rsasecurity.com) website changes are now complete and new users are once again able to register successfully. The Forgot Password page (https://enroll.rsasecurity.com/#/form/forgotten) on the RSA Registration Portal is also working as expected.

The only remaining deployment task that is still in progress is related to the user provisioning as part of the order processing flow, which will be completed shortly.

Update

The RSA Community (community.rsa.com) website is now fully updated with the new SSO system and is working as expected for all users: customers, partners, and RSA employees.

The RSA Partner Portal (rsasecurity.my.site.com/partner) website changes are also complete and logins are working as expected for partners and for the RSA employees who have access to the portal.

The RSA Registration Portal (enroll.rsasecurity.com) website changes are still actively being deployed and all registration attempts at this time will fail until the deployment is complete. Please avoid attempting to register until this deployment is complete.

Update

The myRSA (my.rsa.com) website has been fully updated to use the new single sign-on (SSO) system, and users can resume using the website.

The RSA Community (community.rsa.com) website has also been updated with the new SSO system and is working as expected for customer and partner users. However, the login functionality for RSA employees is still being deployed and employees are not currently able to log in successfully.

The RSA Partner Portal (rsasecurity.my.site.com/partner) website changes are being actively deployed now and will be completed shortly.

The RSA Registration Portal (enroll.rsasecurity.com) website changes are also being actively deployed at this time, and any registration attempt that occurs during this time will fail. Please avoid attempting to register until this deployment is complete.

RSA is pleased to announce that the existing single sign-on (SSO) experience for the RSA Community, RSA Partner Portal, and myRSA will be replaced with the best-in-class RSA ID Plus platform. This will provide a more modern experience for customers and partners who are logging in to these portals. During this maintenance window, users may be temporarily unable to log in to the myRSA (my.rsa.com) website. New users may also be temporarily unable to register for a new account on the RSA Registration Portal. (enroll.rsasecurity.com)
